AFTER-SALES SERVICE

After-Sales Service

From factory inspection and installation to long-term operation, we build a trackable path of delivery, training, troubleshooting and maintenance — keeping your equipment running and your business growing.

Our Commitment

Buy With Confidence, Operate With Stability

Service is not an add-on after delivery — it is long-term support running through installation, training, operation, maintenance and upgrades from the day your equipment ships.
01

Factory Inspection & Delivery

Core components undergo calibration, load testing and continuous run checks. Equipment is delivered only after a 72-hour stable trial run, with traceable factory inspection records.

02

Installation & Acceptance

Site, power, air, grounding and equipment set are commissioned together, with start-up checks, base parameter setup and delivery acceptance support.

03

Hands-On Training & Retraining

Technicians train on real equipment — operation, wheel repair process, safety and basic troubleshooting — with refresher training after process or system updates.

04

7×12 Response

Issues are diagnosed via phone, photos and video. Common faults are answered promptly under the service mechanism; when remote help is not enough, parts or on-site support are arranged as needed.

05

Parts & System Support

Spare parts, software upgrades and technical Q&A help minimize downtime. Specific warranty scope and terms follow the equipment contract, manual and after-sales policy.

06

Maintenance Reminders & Ongoing Care

Cleaning, tightening, lubrication, air and accuracy checks are reminded by machine model, usage and conditions, so small issues are caught before they become downtime.

STABILITY FIRST

Stability From the Factory, Service Through Daily Operation

GLS breaks stable operation into four stages: pre-delivery checks, on-site acceptance, operator training and long-term maintenance. Equipment configuration and commissioning data are recorded for faster troubleshooting, and customers can send photos or videos of any anomaly to our engineers.

MAINTENANCE RHYTHM

Recommended Maintenance Rhythm

  • Before Daily WorkCheck power, air, grounding, fixtures and machine appearance; clean the work area and watch for abnormal noise, heat or alarms.
  • WeeklyCheck fasteners, cables, hoses, hydraulic parts, lubrication points and wear items; replenish or replace per machine model.
  • Periodic MaintenanceCheck accuracy, scanning/probe, control system, filters and safety functions per the manual and engineer guidance.
  • When Anomalies OccurStop the machine and keep the alarm info, then contact us by phone, photo or video for the fastest resolution path.

These are general recommendations. Specific intervals follow the equipment manual, actual conditions and engineer guidance.
